Our Y83T-160 hydraulic scrap metal baler is popularized in the metal processing and recycling station, metal smelting plant with small and medium production. It is configured with the compacting box in size of 1600mm×1000mm×800mm. The finished bale is about 400mm×400mm in size.

Brief Introduction of Baling Process
در ابتدا ، مواد زائد برای ایجاد بالن باید به صورت دستی یا مکانیکی در جعبه فشرده سازی بارگیری شود. سیلندر درب شروع به چرخاندن درب در موقعیت مناسب برای آب بندی کامل جعبه فشرده می کند. سپس اجکتورهای سیلندر کناری و استوانه اصلی مواد زائد را به صورت بالش فشرده می کنند. با تکیه بر سیلندر درب قفل ، درب قفل باز می شود. بیرون انداختن سیلندر اصلی ، بال را از جعبه فشرده خارج کرده و فرآیند بال زدن را به پایان می رساند.
